If you’re experiencing a technical issue with your purchase, please send an email help@returnofthebirds.com. If you have an order number, please include it. Our goal is to respond to every inquiry within 72 business hours – it’s just me, here in the office right now.

Product Download and Receipt of Purchase
Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed immediately, but life and technology can be unpredictable, so an order may take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.
The confirmation email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

44from26, LLC sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or remove access to a download, if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale. Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.
Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Please make refund requests within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
44from26, LLC reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on returnofthebirds.com at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
